Lazio si è pronunciata in senso favorevole sulla richiesta di annullamento della nota dell’ANAC dell’11 ottobre 2019 prot. 80390 con la quale il Dirigente dell’Area Vigilanza – Ufficio Vigilanza Lavori aveva comunicato che il documento richiesto dal ricorrente non era ostensibile poiché rientrante nell’ambito di tutela di cui all’art. 54 bis D.Lgs. 165/2001 e dell’art. 22 comma 3 del regolamento ANAC sui procedimenti relativi all’accesso civico e ai documenti detenuti dall’ANAC.
