Successioni – Ultime dalla giurisprudenza di legittimita’

La cancellazione del testamento disciplinata dall’art.684 c.c. si configura, al pari della distruzione, come un comportamento concludente avente valore legale, riconducibile in via presuntiva al testatore quale negozio di attuazione, che deve essere giuridicamente qualificato alla luce del citato art.684 c.c. quale revoca tacita del detto testamento.
